Do the following Yoga exercise every day and within one month you can see the results. Note before doing these exercises your upper belly & lower belly should be empty and the best time would be in the early morning before breakfast and after the morning stools. The exercise names are 1. Ardha Mathysendrasan. 2. Bhujangasan 3. Halasan 4. Dhanurasan, 5.Sarvangasan. 6.Mathyasan 7. Udhiyana Bhanda 8. Nauli Kriya 9 Mayur Asan 10 Bhastrika Pranayanam. All these exercises would take only 1 to 2 minutes of duration and all the exercises put together would not take you more than 1/2 an hour. Even for me who is doing these exercises for the past 20 years I am not consuming more than 45 minutes to do all these exercises ( because regulars require more time to get the same satisfaction) If you believe me and do all these exercises very sincerly then you can reap the fruits and they are not at all difficult. I row and use weights at the gym for my arms and there are the leg weight machines you can use for inner/outer thigh muscles. The bike will tone up your legs and I do plenty of sit-ups to try and tone my tum! Alwys make sure you stretch before/after work out!

Swimming is best or if you are into Gym Cross Trainer. Both use all the areas you mention, as well as the cardio work out. have fun .
