I dont think you can. Especially in the EU!

When you say 'arts', I hope you are including Mathematics in it. Along with your arts subjects (such as accountancy, economics, commerce and whatever other options you have in the 12th), you got to have Mathematics. You have better chances of getting into a BBA program. If you are out of high school already and considering a BBA program, maybe directly applying with the Universities will have courses that can accomodate you for their BBA program even if you haven't done a certain subject required that could be considered optional. As for the regular colleges attached to the University (that can't deviate from their set program) you will have to have your prerequisites in place. Do your best!
