Am sorry to say so,but it seems he's not very much in love with you (even if he says that he is) if he loves you,he would create time for you ...no words such as "busy"when it comes to a loved one...consider breaking up with him,and see how does he react...if he freaked and changed his way with you,give him another chance ,if not...then you find yourself someone as sweet as you are...you deserve much more than phone chatting.BTW if caring didn't come from deep inside of him,you wouldn't be able to MAKE him care.

he needs some sex and talking to you is driving him crazy cause he can't get none. So he rather spend time with some one he can get some sex from thatn you! let him go long distance realtionships just don't work
