The 6 weeks are not the problem if you both want to get back together you need to deal with the issues that you fell out about in the first place. Don't worry about how long it has been if you want to give it another try don't look back in a few years wishing that you had!!

it's never too long to get back together, my friend split up from her boyfriend (now husband) for 18 months until they finally realised that they did love each other and the silly disagreement they had had wasn't worth ruining their lives over.
explain to her how you feel and the fact you've been under stress and the reasons why. even if you don't get back together at least you'd have tried and won't be sitting and wondering what if.

Me and my husband broke up two years ago and have recently got back together . we both relised that we love each other deeply and no onne else will do . being apart showed us what was going wrong and now we can fix it . babe its never to late for true love .

Of couse it's not too late if you love her and she loves you. If she doesn't want to talk, write it all in a letter to her, explaining how you feel and the difficulties you have had personally. I hope it works out for you
