Hey guys!
I am a guy who moved here last year, didn't have the opportunity to establish friends as I am fairly new. All the guys at work are married and I seem to be the odd one out. How can a guy in his 30s get into the dating games?

Rab, I'm with you. When I moved two years ago, I didn't have the opportunity to establish friends-and still don't. I would suggest you is to get out and meet new people like at a library/bookstore, Starbucks, nightclubs. If you have a dog, go to a dog park. Whenever you have the opportunity to get out, look around. If no luck, maybe try online dating. Maybe somebody at work might hook you up with someone on a blind date, or ask you to go to a party. Be patient. It'll happen.

It's hard to get back into the dating game. Believe me, I am trying too, LOL

go to some places and learn how to dance Ballroom, latin ,salsa danceing or join a singles club

online dating. ummmm blind dates. or just asking girls that you think are nice or pretty out on a date.
