My left side of my nose is red, a bit swollen, stiff and is sensitive to touch. There is a bump inside my left nostril I can also feel blood rushing also when I bend down. Wierd I know . It just showed up yestereday, any advice.

might be a zit. i get them often in my nose. they are painful. out some neosporin on it. helps to speed the healing.

Sounds like you have a pimple or similarly inflamed area inside your nose - probably an area around a hair follicle. As unpleasant as it sounds, if you can open it (and yes, it will hurt), get the pus out, and then put some antibiotic ointment in there, it will heal a lot faster. I've gotten these both in my nose and in my ears - hurts like hell to open them, but once you do, they heal pretty fast. Good luck.

just wait, i'd that before too and i waited for 2 weeks, it's ok now. Or you use a scream. Ask some doctors if it still hurts

Its probably an infected hair.use triple antibiotic ointment in it. (like Neosporin).

you probably have a large pimple in your nose... use antiseptic cream ???
