the heart is a muscle so the more you excise it the the better it is in keeping the blood flowing. marathon runners have a slow heart rate about 35-50 at rest.

To be relaxed. The heart pumps quickly if you're stressed of exherting yourself. Some people have a natural fast rhythm/inconsistent beat.

it is possible to slow down your heart rate. don't take tension and don't think more. take relax at least for 10 minutes.

what do u mean slow it down? if your heart seems to be raceing 4no reason and u feel anxiouse, u mite be haveing a panick attack. i allso suffer from this and i take deep breaths in through my nose and breath out slowly through my mouth.do this 4a couple of minuits but if this doesnt work, breath in and out of a paper bag.
