No kinesiology is not spiritual. However, I don't think it is quack either. This is an article that I found on the subject of kineosiology

Kinesiology will help her find food sensitivities that can cause a lowering of mood. A conventional western doctor won't be able to help her apart from putting her on anti-depressants (rubbish treatment) or suggesting more exercise...
Kinesiology is a quick and painless way to find sensitivities and imbalances. It is a holistic method, although not really spiritual per se.

Kinesiology is total quackery and a waste of money. If she is depressed, she should consult a doctor.

No; kinesiology is a pseudoscience and does not work at all, for anything.
