heat milk until luke warm, mix yoghurt into it,but there is a method to this, every large cupful of milk will need no more than half a teaspoonful of fresh yoghurt, break the yoghurt into a smooth paste & add to the milk, stir several times or pour from one cup into another, the better the distribution of yoghurt in milk, the better the result, cover & keep till it sets into a firm mass, will take several hours in winter quicker in warm weather, better results if kept in a warm place like a kitchen counter.sweet curd can be used as a dessert, with sugar, honey or fruit, kept longer it begins to turn sour & is then used as a base in several indian dishes.

I had an Indian friend and he told me that he would start by mixing a Little yogurt in with his milk. Then he would leave it in the fridge for a couple of days, then he would put it in a cheesecloth in a strainer over a jar, and he would leave it in the cheese cloth for a few days until it turned to cheese. He would leave it on the counter though for the second half of the process, I would not suggest this for the sake of your own personal health.

only pour it down the drain. bitter milk is in certainty organic and organic and not risky to our environment. in case you extremely have been given picky, then completely enable it curdle, then depart it outdoors for bugs and microscopic organisms to digest. it's going to be stinky and unsightful, nonetheless.
