I am looking for a good lemonade recipe that is not too sweet, not too sour, but a good balance of both. Thanks.

Lemonade
I make this all summer long. I don't know if the kids like it as much as I do but it doesn't last long. I like a bit more lemon juice also, but then again I like Tart.
1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice
7 cups ice cold water
1 cup granulated sugar
2 lemons
Combine the first three ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved, add ice and lemon slices then serve.

Almost all of the other answers are good, but instead of just adding the sugar and water, make a simple syrup by putting together equal parts sugar and water in a pot and boiling it until the sugar melts. Let it cool, and add it to the lemons. This way, the sugar never sinks to the bottom of the glass.
