I am sure if they are in decent condition, you could donate them to a school or even a few schools for that matter. I know where I live the kids are expected to have a 3 ring binder for EVERY class. The cost every year to have them adds up over time. The teachers have low income kids that just never show up with them and buy the folders for the kids. I have seen it. Teachers don't make enough as it is.

Have you tried a group home or any other kind of charity. Some places like that are in need for binders. Even try going to different school to see if they could use them.

Give then to local schools. Many high schools require students to use 3 ring binders to hold their work.

Donate them to your local elementary schools or school district. I know that as of lately, when school starts children have a list of mandatory supplies they need for school There are many families that don't have the funds to purchase anything more than paper and pencils.

check the local junior high and high schools. Also check with local churches and christian schools. The Headstart program can use items like this. TEACHERS can use em STUDENTS can use em. Salvation Army can sell them, so it helps the locals community 2 ways - the purchaser saves $, and the money they spent at the salvation army store goes into the local community to meet the needs.

I would suggest try a school!! I know my children needed binders for school and it was a struggle for us to afford everything, so maybe you could help a student by donating to a school.
