If u want a veggie fare then this is the best---- boiled smashed potatoes, chopped red onions, chopped tomatoes, grated carrot and beet, little parsley, n green chillies (slit n chopped finely) some seasoning and a dash of lemon juice. Mix the above ings. n jus stuff in between two slices of bread ....u can even add some cheddar or processed cheese n toast it with butter on either sides....it tastes yummmm.

You should try baby spinach, brie cheese, seedless red grapes and a drizzle of honey mustard. Especially good on a nice crusty bread or in a panini!
