Pump iron\lift weights.. start out with a moderate weight,(30-40lbs) do 3 sets of about 12. In a few days change the weight to higher (50lbs)

Do chin ups and dips! This will cut and shape your arms quickly.

Eat healthy, veggies and more proteins, fruits & dairy too!

good luck

Eat lightly, continue with the pushups. Lift weights from the elbow while in a sitting position. Get a job working on a farm. Drink milk and take up jogging and jumprope. Steer clear of sodas and sweets.

Carbs for energy and lots of protein. You will have to lift weights to achieve a bigger muscle size. Best of luck to you.

Protein!!!!!!! Heavy Weights, small reps. When you tear your muscles they grow bigger. Doing push ups will only tone you out. Have to get into the weight room, if you want big muscles. RED MEAT...YUM!

If you can get the book 'Fitness for Life' by Matt Roberts, he has an excellent workout schedule to build up your body. You need to get to a gym though. The book has various workouts for various reasons. I go by it and it has helped me in different areas. :-)
