I agree. All scripture is inspired but not all scripture is to be taken "at face value". Considering context is so important. It gets a little tricky sometimes but as we weigh scripture against scripture, a systematic and sound theology developes.... Of course, there are many different opinions by not only well-meaning but well-studied Christians about a lot of things..... But we are all called to love God with all of our heart and love our neighbor....which is really the bottom line of Ecclesiastes!
God bless!!

Because Ecclesiastes 9:5 explains the condition of the dead, and although men were writing the Bible it was under inspiration of God and therefore it is not conclusions of men since a lot of Bible writers did not understand some of the things they were writing about until much later I take it then by your statement you make that you believe that God is incapable to make sure his message he wants to convey, I cannot agree with that statement then, because I do believe that God can make sure that the message he wants to get to people will be revealed just like if you were a factory owner and you wanted to put on the noticeboard a message to your workers, but if someone tampered with the message you wrote , would you not be able to make sure the right message that you want your employees to receive is displayed.

The theme throughout the Bible is God's Kingdom.Jesus came to earth to preach and teach people about God's Kingdom and the many blessings it will bring for mankind.
The Book of Ecclesiastes was not only inspired of God but was penned by the wisest man in the world.
what makes this book so fascinating is the wide range of subjects the writer delves into - human wisdom and rule, material wealth and pleasures, formalistic religion etc.All these things are vanity, for they are not lasting. On the other hand meditating on them leads the perceptive mind to one conclusion:"Fear the true God,and keep his commandments. For this is the whole obligation of man" -Eccl.12:13.
The reason why Eccl.9:5 is so often referred to is that it explains the condition of the dead. And many are confused and misled by their religious leaders into believing that the body has an immortal soul.Or that when we die we go to heaven. Therefore the question often arises: "What happens when we die?"

The Bible has had it impressive for millenniums. “A stay canines is extra effective off than a ineffective lion. For the residing are conscious that they are going to die; yet as for the ineffective, they are conscious of no longer something in any respect, neither do they anymore have wages, because of the fact the remembrance of them has been forgotten.” (Ecclesiastes 9:4, 5) Does that mean there is truthfully no desire for the ineffective? Jesus Christ pontificate approximately resurrection to existence on a restored paradise earth. His Jewish follower Martha, whose brother, Lazarus, had merely died, believed in the resurrection, for she suggested of Lazarus: “i understand he will upward push in the resurrection on the final day.” (John 11:24) To this, Jesus replied: “i'm the resurrection and the existence. He that routines faith in me, even however he dies, will come to existence; and anybody that resides and routines faith in me will in no way die in any respect. Do you think this?” (John 11:25, 26) until eventually now, he had suggested: “do no longer ask your self at this, because of the fact the hour is coming wherein all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, people who did solid issues to a resurrection of existence, people who practiced vile issues to a resurrection of judgment.” John 5:28, 29; Luke 23:40 3. As you will discover there will be a resurrection of the two the righteous. and the unrighteous. Please do added learn in you Bible to get a much better information.
