i know the objectives of putting the man in to the prison
1. his freedom is lost his area of movement becomes limited
2.he has to pass the time there with the impression that he will not repeat the same for which he was there.
3. he learns the things effectively and knows the importance of doing the sin
4. he will obey the rules of the system because he is not alone to do anything
5. if still he will continue the same even after passing the punishment time then again he will be kept in the heigher prison/as the soul is put into animals body
if he does not do anything good and remains in the same state then may be in future again may be put into the prison for the same act/ soul again put into the human body
if prisoner does good work in the prison he is rewarded and becomes free for foreever / as soul gets the moksha
in the same way i think the soul in the uppermost state ( free soul)has freedom for everything . no boundation of birth/deaths, no boundation to live anywhe

Exactly. Prison restricts your freedom but body helps the soul to have new experiences that the soul cannot have on its own. It is a useful tool given to a soul so that it can explore life.
You are put into a prison but you are not put into a body. You choose to be ina body because you want to experience what you have missed.
Giving you the freedon is in other people's hands depending on your behavior in the prison, who are there to judge, but the soul passes its own judgement. When we die, we judge for ourselves. We may not realize that we are dead and haunt the place. We may be miserable over something we did or something we could not do and just refuse to pass on and live as ghosts. We may want to repent and choose a more miserable life for ourselves. We may want to see something new that we wanted to so much in the past life but couldn't and plan our own life and lessons we think we will learn while being there. Our soul is the piece of God, pure and just and we are our own authorities. We are not guided by others.
We choose to keep on learning until our desire to see more, to experience more, ultimately gets quenched and we go back to join the Whole or get 'Moksha', as you call it.
You get a body as a tool it. You use it, misuse it, abuse it is all up to yourself. You are your own authority in this world too. As a soul, you plan some events for yourself with a view to learn something from it and gain Consciousness but in this world, we may refuse to learn the lesson and gain the experiences, we planned for ourselves, and may wish to get liberated again. Then, after death, we may regret our decision and would want to come back again to learn what was left and then we get lazy and leave it unfinished, to regret it later again.

The only catch is we do not remember about the world beyond Death in this world and only realize what we have done, when we are a Soul. This is the reason that it is said that people who can detach themselves from the body and understand that it's a tool, can retain their Consciousness. We get Enlightened when we retain Consciousness in both the worlds.

Like hell, this will enhance the priority as to if non-Muslim human beings would be dealt with any in yet in a distinctive way of their prisons. i think of no longer, they dedicate a criminal offense, they pay the penalty. I cant think of the Muslim faith condones intercourse offences, so merely by abusing yet another human they are appearing against their very own faith. they are able to't p.c.. and choose which bits they choose to stay with, besides, i'd like they alongside with different offenders of this nature stay locked up as long as achieveable.
