I’m no doctor or a psychic, but I can tell you that you need to do something about your anxiety, because its starting to cause physical pain. The stress that you have been pushing way down deep is causing the pain. There is a mind body, connection and that is where you need to start. Just to be safe I would still go in for a checkup.

Don't worry there is nothing to be worried about. It usually happens. The reason behind is that in our stomach there are acids that are responsible for digestions. Some times when the food is not completely digested, haven't drank proper amount of water, or you haven't eaten properly then some acidic gases/liquids are formed which causes burning pain like experience. The best way to prevent is to drink plenty of water, avoid chilly food, and have proper diet.
So be cool it's nothing to be worried about, even me too sometime used to have similar pain.
I hope this may clarify your doubts. Do take care of your health as "Health is wealth"
Cheers and good luck for your health

Yes, a doctor can put your mind at rest. I ignored such things for weeks, until my heart attack. if it keeps happening, get it checked. I was 36 with slightly high cholesterol and normal blood pressure and only a little overweight when i nearly died.
