2-3 l water, 6-7 apples, integral brad or biscuits (without sugar or any adds)/ day for 2 or 3 days. Every morning drink a cup of green tea.

Every other month I spend two weeks drinking nothing but water.

Eating is a soup I make myself from white cabbage, celery, tomatoes, onions, leeks, tomato puree and Worcester sauce; plus any fruit I fancy other than bananas (which I'll eat once a week).
