yes it looks as if he is spying on you, if i leave a corner of your curtain open so he thinks your maybe watching him, people who watch other ppl in secret don't like it when they find that they are being watched, you probably noticed it in movies and survellience type documnetrys, try it out and if it works no harm dome and the cops won't be involved.good luck

Yes. Buy a Halogen spotlight and while you undress, leave the curtains open about 12" and pass by occassionally in progressively less conditions of undress. When you get down to panties and a lace camisole, break out the strobe, direct it at a point about midway up his open curtain line and hit the trigger rapid-fire. If he's not watching you, you spent $30 for a light that might be useful on a camping trip to ward off nocturnal animals...if he's standing there with the evidence in his hand, that oughta fix his azz!!!

Girl are you scared of that, try experiencing that when your outside in your back yard and there's a guy staring at you through the bushes. talk about almost peeing yourself and being afraid, I don't know that calling the cops would be the best thing considering he lives across the way and you have no proof. What I did was freaked in my mind for the first second and then looked directly at the guy that was spying on me and gave him the finger and went in the house... Of course I couldn't go to bed after that and don't go my back yard at night but everything seems to be fine since then, at least I hope so....

my god today is my bday it is late i'am tired. was a single father know most every trick in book. however when you go to your room draw the drapes if the place he may be watching from is dark an you are in a place that has light he will be able to see into the light . check this out for your self .when it is dark, look into a lit room. if you are in the dark looking into light it works great if you are in a lit room looking into the dark you can not see a thing. i am tired so may not be making much sense but check it out for your self. in the dark look into a lit space you'll see great . in a lit space look into the dark will not see any thing . if what u are saying is true let me know he won't ever be doing it again. good nite if nothing else let the cops know asap if you are right take care of it now! if you are wrong no harm done . how ever be careful.don' t know if you can but if your able let me know how this goes 702 205 4198

It sounds like you're the one spying on him. You know when he goes into his bedroom, that he is a loner, that he doesn't draw his curtain all the way closed, and plus, all the neighbourhood "knows about him". How deliciously vague. You are pathetic. Get a life.

If you curtains are drawn how do you notice him noticing you? And how do you know he leaves his curtain undrawn unless you are checking him out? And how do you know he uses binos to look at you? Do you have some too? Sounds like both of you are a little weird.

Buy thicker curtains? WOW that was a hard one. Or take you binos over to his house and start watching neighbors together? Sounds like you have something in common.

That's hot. Seriously though, try keeping your curtains closed. And if you're really concerned, talk to a police detective.

go talk to the police, and ask them what you can do legally, and if there are any signs you could look for to help build your case. this guy sounds creepy, but there is a small chance that it could just be your imagination. the police are definently the way to go.

either confront him, or do something really bizarre a few times in front of your window... like dancing like a chicken, picking your nose, or kissing your teddy bear passionately.... he will think you are totally insane, and quit perving on you.
if this doesnt stop, and you feel threatened, hire a private investigator to watch him while he watches you.... then take his sorry A$$ to court
