This is why we are not to be unequally yoked as we are told in the Holy Bible. There is but one TRUE God. Serve Him only.

Are your Gods not really the same? There is very little difference between Christianity or Islam; but a little more if he is Hindu and you are Muslim--but that doesn't matter. If God has gifted you with love for this man, then you should go for it. You can love him and be of a different religion, and when you pray--pray to your God, not to his. That's not too hard, and if he objects to you keeping your faith (because you obviously want to,) then he's just not worth it. Stand firm and stay true to yourself in all things.

In the olden days, people from various religions have not many occasions to meet and to love, so religious hatred was not so great a problem. Now, various religions exist nearly in every community, and this hinderance becomes sorely bad.
The solution is that people should go back to the essence of their religion, which is love. If it becomes an obstacle in love, don't hesitate to reject it.
Usaually the elders stick firmly to formalities and forbid their juniors to make independent choice. And obedient children really embarrass in this situation. The way out is for chidren to learn the truth and try to convince their elders in this matter. If, at the end, they have to break the rituals, and still attach to the religion of love, they can feel appeased for not really disobey their elders.
Learning is the solution, and not blame.

the place did you hear approximately him reducing off people who did no longer have self assurance? If that became real, would not each and every Muslim be doing? the two Muslims or non-Muslims might've died out via now. Islam is peace because of the fact it needs peace inspite of the undeniable fact that it is likewise logical. in the experience that your in a conflict or something and your a non violent guy or woman and somebody is coming good at you to kill you, you will possibly purely stand there? God is familiar with that human beings are terrified of dying and maximum do no longer, so as this is why He mentioned it rather is alright to kill whilst mandatory. yet killing randomly harmless human beings is unquestionably forbidden in Islam, Muslims do it yet Islam disagrees. additionally the Qur'an became revealed approximately 1430 years in the past and via that factor "infidels" used to combat with Muslims plenty, so God became guiding them and us via this Qur'an. some human beings take each and each ayah actually yet each and each ayah has a extra profound which ability to it so which you could make certain on your person so which you have a extra ideal faith as quickly as you recognize the know-how in the back of it.

the issue is not the guy but the religion. there are many religions but only one true way to God. Jesus sayid 'I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the father except through me.' seek the right faith first then stand firm according to it. you will then evaluate whether the guy is more important than God.

No Compulsion in Religion

[2:256] There shall be no compulsion in religion: the right way is now distinct from the wrong way. Anyone who denounces the devil and believes in GOD has grasped the strongest bond; one that never breaks. GOD is Hearer, Omniscient
[2:257] GOD is Lord of those who believe; He leads them out of darkness into the light. As for those who disbelieve, their lords are their idols; they lead them out of the light into darkness - these will be the dwellers of Hell; they abide in it forever.

It is quite difficult to live a double life, and it is going to wear you out.If you want him in the long-term you are better telling him how you feel about praying together instead of pretending to be getting along. You are lying to your god and him as well.Be honest to yourself and decide whom you want to be with.your god or your guy.you can not have both but at least you can be honest and he might be respect full of your beliefs.

You have to decide who is more important in your life .... God or some mortal person.

Secondly, by your question, I gather that your faith is not as important as this guy.
Please get your priorities in focus.
Because God remains with you throughout your life..... whereas mere man....? Ah well, I think you can answer your question now...
