You have to remember for the French to do anything, it would take at least 6 months to discuss,cuss, and then take a vote and then start all over because somebody was left out of whether to launch or not?

I am sure one could stash one, but the French are waaaay too proud of their culture to ever sacrifice the tower. Not in a million years.
