It could be called MONEY. The more faithful for any cult, religion, or sect means more coppers in the bank. I firmly believe the Catholic church is pagan and not Christian because they bow to idols, call the priest "Father", and revere the Pope; which are all contrary to the Bible they claim to believe in.

This can go both ways, ya know.
Christian people are always trying to shove religion down everyone's throat, thinking it'll help them get closer to God and Jesus.
Yet, at the same time, atheists are shoving their righteousness out to everyone who believes in God or Jesus.
It's just like the whole vegetarian/meat eater thing.
It's a game that no one can win.
And we all just want to play and win, because the other person is challenging you. And when you're challenged, you really want to win. Because the other religion is pretty much saying that they bet they can prove that they're smarter and better than you for having a different belief.
It's a very very mad world.

I am a Christian that does not practice catholosism, but I will tell you that even though I may not know you, I do love you very much and do not want to see you suffering in hell for all eternity. Being a nonbeliever is tough since you are always forced to ask the question what if. Just accept that Jesus is the son of our one and only God and repent your sins. He will fill your life with overwhelming joy.

They love you and they want you to hear about the love of God. If they don't do it, they will be blamed before God for not giving you the chance. That is why they accept all your criticism and even persecution.
Many people have blamed me for not introducing my religion to them at our earlier meetings. And several others thankfully return to God through my daring to teach. Who among the non believers ask you to use the word 'we and us' on their behalf? You sound like a powerful leader of the haters of religion. Normally, when people start preaching, you can say you don't want to listen, or have many other smart ways to avoid it.

Actually, I get more fanaticism from born-again protestant fundies that from the Rat-Catchers! Perhaps it's just where I live (South West England) but you see Mormons, christian scientists, all manner of happy-clappy 'Jesus-loves-you-so-much , he-will-send-you-to-hell, if-you-don't-suck-up-to-him' groups manically street preaching, but I can't recall seeing any Catholic evangelism, either street-corner or door-to-door!

If you're interested in getting more information, we'll give it to you. If not we'll leave you alone. If you try to convert us to your religion, (or tell us that secularism is not a religion) we'll point out the error of your ways.
