No! Keep yourself hydrated during a night of drinking to prevent a hangover. Hangovers are caused by dehydration. Alcohol pulls fluid out of the cells and leaves you feeling miserable. I drink a glass of water to every 3 or 4 drinks. It makes the day after much more bearable. The trouble is remembering to drink water after you are wasted!!!

Not only no but NO! all that does is keep you drunk so when you wake up you still have a buzz on cause your still suffering from the stuff you drank before you went to bed..now you start over..Food and Juices, aspirin, and 8 hrs sleep will usually do the trick..course abstinence could prevent a hangover..I've had my share over the years..Good Luck to you.
