No, the definition of religion includes belief in a god. If you want a philosophy that does not include a god, try Buddhism

Just about every religion believes in some kind of higher being or another. It kind of defines what a religion is. You should look up atheism, which is the lack of belief in any god or higher power.

Try on Science, Physics, Fact, Truth, and Knowledge for a change, be a "Sheep" No More! I would call myself Gnostic, I don't believe in any God only the above and I take comfort in knowing that I am a part of the universe not an insignificant spec as I once dreadfully believed. Have fun in your quest!!!

I'm not religious because I am an atheist. I don't believe in a higher being. I don't even believe man is above animals, except for the nifty trick of abstract reasoning that our brains seemed to figure out a few hundred thousand years ago.

Well, after 22 years of searching for one myself, I must say that I have not come accross one solid reason to think that there is.I'm 43 and thought I might know by now.I won't insult you by saying what I'm sure every christian has heard. You know, that "you just have to believe" or better yet "because the bible says so" or the best "Because I just know ". Good luck though. If God is out there I hope you find him/her/it.

Many people believe in bieng the best people they possibly can and just hope for the best. It is often an, "I'll find out when I get there" attitude.

I was that way. Now I can feel something more. It's pretty cool.

Maybe Buddhism. That is the only religion that I would consider investigating further.

Buddhists don't believe in any deity.

Atheists don't believe in any god, though it should be noted that atheism isn't actually a religion.
