No, I cannot proclaim to know the mind of God. Not for others or myself.
I am on a path. I have been given certain resources, and have not been given other resources.
Really? What I do know?
I am 50 years old. I have been through many trials and much tribulation in these 50 years. The only thing that brings me comfort in the darkest hours is the idea that life is a challenge, and that I make my best effort to overcome the challenges presented to me.
I read. I work. I play. I socialize with others. I genuinely believe I was granted this life on this planet by God. I am not sure why, perhaps I am here to help others, maybe I am here to be tested, and maybe I am just here to enjoy the taste of good food.
All I know, is that the more I engage in living, the more I can take advantage of however much time I have to live on this planet.
I can sit on a rocker on the front porch until I die, and wave at people when they pass, passively watching life go by, or I can dive into life, participating, shaping my own world, and enjoying the challenges, accomplishments and friendships I forge through actively participating in life.
Namaste.

I think,God's will is recorded thoroughly and exhaustingly in the scriptures for everyone to know. It is not a secret, it is revealed. Now, if you mean <> to accomplish His will in people's lives, this is another story. I sure cannot proclaim to know it even for myself (not to say for others!). Christian life is all about believing/trusting "Someone" (i.e. Jesus Christ Himself) who is (absolutely proved to be) loving, willing and able to accomplish a marvellous plan in peoples lives, without necessarily knowing the way it will be done. It’s like boarding on a plane. I make a commitment to travel with it and have the trust that it will take me to my destination. I do not require the pilot to show me his credentials/diplomas/training certificates etc., nor to show me the flying route, the air corridors he will follow, the flying height etc. (although he –like God- does give some clues for all these at the begging and during the flight).

If you are God's chosen prophet or if you are operating in the gift of prophecy you can proclaim God's will for a person. But know that personal prophecy is conditional and progressive. And that we know in part and prophesy in part. All prophesies must be tested to see whether they align with God's word.

Gods will is defined for us and laid out word for word in the Bible.
Jeremiah 10:23 says that to earthly men his way does not belong. It does not belong to man who is walking even to direct his own steps.

Of course I can! It's called the laws of physics. It is god's will that you will stay on the ground and not float off into space tomorrow morning, and I can say that for everyone, not just you or myself.

Well, God's will is manifested in different ways. The person who claims to know God's will for your life will however give you advice rather than saying directly "I know God's will for your life." But he/she must speak according to what God already says in the Bible. If he/she contradicts the Bible then they are not of God.

God`s gifted psychics can tell you of your mission if there is meant to be. If you are not destined to be, just stay cool, relax, just be a member, faithful, believer.
If God appoints you specifically, then He will reveal to you and tell you directly of His mission for you.
Will that be okay?
