If drinking water helped the dark circles under your eyes, by all means, keep doing it. You need water all the time, not just during football.

Drinking a lot of water is always a good thing but what my daughter's doctor told me about her dark circles under her eyes is from a lack of iron. Try increasing your iron intake with vitamins and see if that works. Good luck!

Drinking lots of water is always a good idea, but if you want to improve on your dark circles, be sure to get A LOT of sleep and eat Jerusalem artichokes-they have a nutrient in them that reduces inflammation.

If the dark circles and puffiness under your eyes are due to kidney dysfunction or heart condition, then drinking more water will make them look only worse, with time! Please have your kidneys and heart checked.
