Some experts say that having good sex can be beneficial to a person's health and can prolong life. What if one is single or for a long while does not have a partner to couple with --- can masturbation substitute for a good sex and will it have the same benefits?

What I meant by benefits are the health benefits I mentioned above. And I am not asking if maturbation is a sin or something negative.

Yes, masturbation is good alternative to having sex, and it is your only choice if you are not in a good relationship.

Sex can prolong life because of the physical exercise you get doing it masturbating is not quit the same but still good

I do know that physiologically they're not the same. The brain releases different chemicals during real sex than it does during masturbation. Are the benefits the same? I'm not sure.

pretty much there is truly nothing wrong and you don't have to walk home alone in the rain but it can be lonely
