Hi, I was wondering what type of cat is the smallest when it is fully grown. Also - what type of cat looks most like a kitten when its fully grown? Thnks for helping!

Females: 4 1/2 lbs. - 6 lbs.
Males: 5 lbs - 7 lbs.

The Singapura is indeed the smallest recognized breed of cat. While I am sure Teacup persians exist they are still only recognized as persians and a teacup is created by consistently breeding together cats that are smaller than standard.
All cats grow up and then no longer resemble kittens however some breeds maintain their kitten like personalities their entire life. American Curls are one such breed. They have been called the Peter Pan of the cat world because of their kitten like behavior that they maintain their entire lives.

Even though the teacup persian IS a persian it remains kitten size even fully grown so it would be a little smaller than the Singapura which also is a small kitten. My friend owns both a teacup and a Singapura.

The Singapura is the smalled breed of cat.
I wouldn't buy any dog/cat with 'Teacup' in it's name. That is just a fancy word they use to descibe a small cat. They will cost around $1000+ for a 'TEACUP' kitten.
