No, it isn't that strange.
It appears that you are afraid of losing the bliss state you are experiencing.
When one has something, and enjoys having it, they become afraid that it will someday not be there.
Also, some people would prefer to die happy than to die miserable. The concept of happiness and misery do not relate to death of the corporal body.
Enjoy the bliss. Share it with others, and it will be magnified and return to you. Do not die, for you will miss out on experiencing much life has to offer. Sometimes there will be times when bliss does not seem to exist, and even when you might be facing troubles. Without tribulation, we wouldn't be fully able to enjoy bliss as much.
Namaste.

That doesnt sound too good. Are you happy because youre on some kind of drugs, or are you genuienly happy.....I would think if you want to die that your happiness is somehow not warrented.
What ever it is, you need to seek some help. It does help to talk about it, perhaps give us a bit more info and see if we can somehow help.....

Perhaps you have some deep underling issues, and its not happiness you're experiencing but depression of some sort? Consider seeking a good counselor and really truly opening up to them, not just surface stuff but the down and dirty! it could save your life!! Consider talking to the one counselor that really cares... Jesus! He'll take you and your junk and make you into gold. Hell turn your life upsidedown and inside out, them bring you back and ground you firmly in His Love and Grace!!! Hes not tame but he is good!!! Its not easy but the journey is soo worth it!! Blessings MC

It was just some thing that triggered your emotions, on the outside you were happy and sanguine, but on the inside you were bleeding, screaming, crying wanting someone to hear you, but no one knew of what was on the inside, for they only looked with an outward point of view. You wanted someone to listen to you, you wanted some one to hear you screaming, but no one could see the lugubrious state you were in, and that's why you felt like dieing.

Hey Jonas.. If you want to die and are thinking of suicide (no matter how happy you say you are), you need to get help from a professional therapist. If you're in the USA, call 1-800-SUICIDE and talk to them, but please don't neglect this. It's important you talk to someone.

strange.. maybe the reason is that you don't want to be sad, you want to be happy always and u if u need to choose between happiness and feeling sad, you rather choose to die than to be lonely.

It sounds like an ecstacy mania.
Is what you feel an external happiness or an inner peace kind of happiness?
And yes, I can see why death would be inviting when happy.

This is a very good blog, a beginner’s guide to abnormal psychology.
Short, clear and simple; and you can even post your question and contact the author regarding particular subject you are interested in, for FREE
