I'm thinking like $10 or $15 a day or so, with classes that last one and a half hours. You could take three classes a week. So that people would be smarter, more calm, and a little bit richer. Would that be a good idea? And if not $15, how much?

The idea is good for government to pay people to take Tai Chi classes but it must be on a voluntary basis so that there will be no violation of rights under the constitution.

A wise man once said, "A government that governs lest, governs best." If someone wants to take Tai Chi they should pay for it themselves. That way they are more apt to appreciate the activity than if someone else pays for it.

It is a violation of the principles on which the US was founded for the government to pay people for anything other than serving in the military or serving in congress.

If the government were to pay people to do something beneficial for them like that, you have to realize that the money comes from taxpayers they have to force to pay.

This seems very inefficient to me. Instead of forcing people to pay taxes so we can pay people to do what's good for them, why not save a step and just force people to do what's good for them?
