Trust me when I tell you that as the woman, you are in control of this situation.
Ask him straight up.
The problem with dating nowadays is that no one is willing to put themselves on the line and be straight up.
We can't like someone and go out witht them; we have to pretend that we don't like them in oreder to get there attention.
We can't even show ourselves to be excited over being with the person we secretly fantasize about.
Let him know you want him, if he wants you too, he WILL respond appropriately. (That is if he is mature).

honestly, this is a very difficult question..i've had the same dilema lately..so this is what i did..i decided that i will go out and have a good time despite the fact that he is always there..i know he's interested but for whatever reason plays hard to get..so i just decided to ignore him and just have a good time..i am not rude if he does ask me to dance or something but i no longer pursue and won't make another forward overture..it seems to have worked 'cause now he is showing more interest than ever..so playing hard to get..or rather..you want it, you better work at it works best..in other words, some guys prefer to make the first move,,make sense?

how does he act when you two actually get together? if he flirts with you then maybe he's playing hard to get or if he just seems not into it then he might not be interested. give him a taste of his own medicine and don't call him for a while, if he gives you a call back then there you go, you'll know he was interested in you all along

yes it's hard. I honestly, don't even want to try anymore. I don't like playing "games" never did, never will! Games are for kids! I'm done with that.
Either you want me or you don't. And guys are usually pretty straight up with me, cuz they know Im serious when they first meet me. They know I mean business and that I don't like playing the guessing game or the "does he like me or not?"

Be there for him. He will soon show what he feels about you. Whether positive or otherwise
