I would eat it with a fork. There are some types of pies I would eat with a spoon though. Like if it had ice cream or maybe a pecan pie....weird because I never thought of this before.

Wow... That is something I haven't even thought of, I have used both! It is like the soup commercial... you can use a fork, but I use a spoon so I can get every drop of the delicious tasty morsel!
Sometimes I don't even use a utensil... I just pick it up and eat it with my fingers... but it has to be firm enough and not fall apart! That is only when I am alone and not afraid that someone will be watching me and say that I have bad manners! :0) hahha! A good pumpkin pie is my favorite kind of pie... I even make them myself from the recipe on the can of pumpkin! I know that is lazy! I guess you know that with the whipped cream on the pie though, it would be best with a spoon... the cool whip just goes right through the fork! Happy Thanksgiving though.... enjoy!!!

jello, puddings, ice cream, fruits, etc. use a spoon. Unless a very formal dinner, use whatever utensil serves the purpose.

Usually a fork, but it depends on how many people are in the house and how many forks are available. We start with forks but move on to spoons when there aren't any clean forks left.
