I know it's in New York now because when I went to ask this question Yahoo! Answers gave me the choice of putting thequestion here. Then I realized it's in NYC. I didn't mean to ask the question. Now I'm out 5 pts. But since you weren't sarcastically rude like I would have expected from someone, I'll give you the 10 pts. and myself 3.

The famous Xmas tree is located @ Rockefeller Center in midtown Manhattan...

If you're coming from Jersey, you can take a ferry from Port Imperial, Weehawken to Midtown (W.39th St & 12th). It's less than a 10min ride! Once you arrive in NYC, you can take a free shuttle bus (in front of terminal) directly to Rockefeller or to radio city, central park, empire state building, times square, chelsea piers, the village... you can take any one of the ny waterway shuttles just about anywhere in Manhattan!
