It sounds like an allergic reaction. He should go to the ER. It could be Stevens Johnson Syndrome which is a rare yet very dangerous allergic reaction. You do not want to mess around with allergic reactions things can turn dangerous very quickly. If the food has MSG in it he could be reacting to it,but try to think of other things than the food. Could he have gotten any medicine or into any chemicals?

Sounds like he has a allergic reaction to something. Even through he orders the same things all the time it could be how that resturant prepared it. The best thing to do is give him some benadryl and get him to the hospital right away. Even if the swelling is down you still need to find out what caused it in the first place so you can prevent it from happening again.

Well, it's obvious that it's some kind of reaction to the food he ate. You should try to reach a physician or go the emergency room if he is really having severe symptoms. Otherwise, give him some Z-UP or Sprite, make him a warm bed and make sure he keeps taking fluids.

It does sound kind of like some sort of allergic reaction, which could be potentially serious. Either call the advice nurse on your health care plan, or take him to the ER. If he is having any trouble breathing, call 911.

Most probably the swelling and discoloration is due to food allergy and or poisoning ...............Do not waste time call immediately 911 lest he gets edema ( swelling of his vocal cords then suffocates and dies ) sorry if I am too blunt but this is a medical emergency !! I am a physician.
All the best

I agree with the others who say to go to the emergency room. It may be okay, but don't play around.
