Im just curios about 1 article which state "1 teaspoon of olive oil". Can I just know if this olive oil is same as those cooking oil we find in the supermarket or olive oil that is found in pharmacy? Because the thought of swallowing olve oil is just like swallowing a cooking oil - puke!!!

I was referring to a 3 day apple diet plan where on the third day we have to take 1 tsp of olive oil. Does this Olive Oil refer to the 1 in the market or those in pharmacy which is the same like fish oil / syrup kind?

Olive oil has many health benefits to it. Yes, it is the stuff you buy at the super market. It's not that bad, especially if you buy the extra virgin. It is not thick at all and isn't gross. If you want to take it and can't stand the thought of just swallowing it down, you could try pouring it onto a piece of bread or muffin. It will help it go down easy. But to be honest, I would talk to my doctor before starting any new herbal or natural vitamins just to be sure it doesn't interfere with any other medications you might take or cause other problems. Good luck.

Olive Oil is NOT the same as cooking oil. Olive Oil tastes better, and is actually healthy. Regular oil is nasty to just "drink" YUK! Ive drank Olive Oile out of the bottle before!

Connoisseurs taste olive oile like they taste wine. I'd much rather drink a cooking olive oil than any olive oil you find at a pharmacy.

Yes, it is the regular cooking oil(you will want extra virgin olive oil). But you dont have to take it plain of course! pour it in your salad, or dip some bread in it. Even if you DO have to take it on your own, 1 teaspoon is really not that much.

I read about something regarding the diet. I think they are referring to pure virgin olive oil with no additives and preservatives. Personally I am drinking a few drops of Olive Manon Pure Virgin Oil mixed with warm water every morning to regulate my bowel motion. It works well for me.
Maybe you want to go to their website for some samples to try.

Olive Oil is MUCH better than vegetable or corn oil. Make sure you get the Extra Virgin - as it is the healthiest.

nicely i be conscious of that chilly-pressed extra virgin olive oil has somewhat a zing to it (certainly from the olives because of the undeniable fact that's much less subtle). yet i do now not think of that's meant to burn your throat..that sounds somewhat severe. i think of you ought to toss it merely in case.

make sure it is extra virgin, 1 teaspoon a day is good for constipation, otherwise you don't need to drink it without any good reason.
