i love olives and buy jars of it at a time, but after i finish, it seems like a waste to throw the brine away..i'm sure it can be used for cooking but i can't figure out how! any suggestions?

I keep a One gallon glass pickle jar for same type olive brine and when I have about 1/2 gallon saved up I boil 2 dozen eggs, peel them, add them to the brine, seal the jar tightly and in about 2 weeks you will have the most awesome pickled eggs you ever tasted!

They also go well on pizza, although you might want to cut them. Also olive bread. And olive spread. And they go well on sandwiches.

i make macaroni salad using elbow macaroni hard boiled eggs cut up in it cut up green olives and mayonnaise then take the olive juice and pour it on the salad and mix it together,,its delicious
