I am cold too. I don't know about you but for me I think it's because its winter.

Dolphins have the ability of vasodilation (sp?) which allows them to restrict circulation in their extremeties to concentrate the heat on vital organs. Maybe you are part dolphin? Have you been swimming in the cold deep blue sea?

Poor circulation perhaps. Do you exercise regularly? That helps. Smoking constricts blood vessels and you will be colder. Also with today's bony body trends, a lack of body fat will give you some serious chills. Good luck.

You may have a thyroid problem; the symptoms are being cold all the time.

Poor circulation, lack of heat in your home, temperature outside versus temperature inside...um, cause you're standing in a freezer?

You might have the Flu bug.
Stay home.
Get a flu shot.
Avoid crowds.
Dont smoke.
Dont drink.
Take fruit juices.
Rest to avoid complications.
