Dude, I had one girlfriend in high school that lasted two months. It took me a while to catch up on learning but now I can proudly say that I need more than two hands to count the partners I've had, and I'm 33. The majority of people I were with were in a relationship with me for more than a year, so it's not like I constantly slept around. At 28 years old I got tired of being a nice guy and decided to only make myself happy instead of always putting others ahead, and it has paid off well. You still have to think with your brain more than your male appendage though.

Even now I can still go to the clubs hanging out with my girlfriend (been together over a year), and I know the married couples that don't look too happy are envying me. Just don't get married early and ruin it. think of it this way too. When you're in high school you really only connect with those in your school. When you're in college the number of available women expands. Then when you're in the real world it's a meat market.

I can't say us males don't measure another guy in the number of women that he's conquered, but just play it safe and you won't have to hear from those same males on how many child support payments they make or avoid.

Don't panic dude, Look at me I am almost 35 and never had a girlfriend, never kissed, nor had sex yet. At least you had one, and many more will come you way since you are in college which I would love to have been in at college at 18. I certain missed out of a lot of fun. So, start socializing with the opposite sex and may be you will get another chance. Good luck.

seeing that that's the first time in probable a month i have even afflicted to seem in this communicate board, i'd might want to say in all sincerity lack of understanding. you note i will manage stupid...stupid ability that they haven't any extra ability to earnings new or complicated options. lack of understanding on the different hand is purely organic laziness. they have the flexibility yet would truly no longer do the analyze required to come back up with an unique idea for themselves. This no longer purely makes me disenchanted, it also distresses e very much because it form of feels that there's a deplorable lack of severe wondering happening. there became a movie made many years in the past referred to as Idiocracy. the needed pretense of the movie became that this truly dim bulb of a guy became placed into suspended animation alongside with a hooker. Honey, listen: I am now just embarking on my first real relationship and I am 24. I am attractive, nice and intelligent, so I have no reason to believe that there is anything wrong with me. Sure, it can feel bothersome, but it shouldn't if you are comfortable with who you are. We are all different...dating in high school is drama and waste of time in most cases anyway. 18 isn't THAT old...

Not at all, that actually is what attracted me to my Husband. I was his first everything.( We then broke up after 2 years, he spent 2 years dating around as did I. Which I am glad he did because I didn't want him wondering what else was out there.
Then after school we married.)

There's plenty of time in our lives for serious relationships, I admired him for focusing on his athletics and friends and hope my son does the same thing.

It attractive and shows your not needy......

good luck and have fun

Nope. Lots of people have only had 1 girlfriend/boyfriend at your age. Some have never even had a date. Don't worry about it.

I think it's better.

But more importantly, its better if you know that it's better and that you focus more on the school and not get caught up with girls. I'm not saying to reject any girl that comes your way, just don't go on a date rather than study for mid-term or something along those lines.

Nope, nothing wrong with that, my friend.

Still, some people out there think that if you haven't dated much then you're some kind of a loser, so I wouldn't go around telling people that you've only had one girlfriend. If they like you for who you are, then what does it matter how many girlfriends you've had.

No. You're young and experiencing other things other than just girls. Plus, you're in college now so you'll be meeting more people. Don't sweat it. It will happen naturally.
