So I still have a ton of turkey left over. I figure that i will be eating turkey sandwiches for the next week. How long do you estimate that you will be eating turkey for every meal?

If I had to choose a meat to have leftovers, it would always be turkey! I love the sandwiches best of all... there are many more things one can do with leftover turkey meat though! It can also be frozen to use for later when you are not so tired of having it! Take almost any chicken recipe and substitute turkey instead! You will be surprised how good it works for just about any meal!
I will be eating turkey leftovers for a few days, I had a small one that we cooked for Thanksgiving Day.. there are a few leftovers to use for sandwiches, but tonight I am cooking a larger one, it is twice as big as the first one! I am having another dinner with more of my kids here tomorrow! So, we will be repeating the dinner and it is even better for me... we already have everything cooked, prepared, bought, and ready to serve! It is also great to have more leftover turkey to freeze for later on! I will also send some home for my son's family, and my college student too! Have a good one!

except it substitute into FROZEN after Christmas dinner, only some days. If Granddad starts off suffering the end results of any form of gastric misery (runny bowels, vomiting, fever and so on) suspect the turkey. If he survives eating it without ill-effects, then element out to NANA to no longer supply GRANDDAD leftover turkey after some days.

2 days..if that. The turkey was split up among those that came to dinner. So now everyone has a few days supply.
