how many sticks of cigarettes do you smoke per day?

i smoked like 20 sticks per day.and its reds.am i smoking too much?just want to ask how many you guys out there smoke per day?

If we smoke as many or as more than you... would that make you feel better?

That is only a question, not a judgement. My nana has emphasema (spelling) and she's dieing from it. I wish there was more I (everyone) could do to help smokers.

I know ppl who smoke 1-3 cartons per day. (25-26 sticks * cartoon). That's not unusual.

Look after yourself mate. Mean it.

I was at 20 per day for a little while. But for the majority of 14 years I've stayed at an average of about 12 per day. I need to quit. F****** tobacco companies!

I'll have been smoking for more than 30 years and managed to quit for more than a year. So! hopefully you too can quit, just quit immediately and not by cutting down your cigarettes.

i smoke a little over a pack a day which is about 25 cigarettes. i feel like i smoke way too much

yes, you're smoking too much. Really, any is too much but my doctor said 3 or less a day and you shouldn't have complications. Start smoking outside only, this will cut your smoking down especially since it is winter. Best of Luck!

Yep, I'm pretty much going down that track too....I would also smoke around 20 ciggies a day.....unfortunately. Mate, I think it's time we try to slow down a bit:-)

This is very funny, because you know, and all the people who answer know, that you are smoking too much if you are smoking at all. Tobacco simply does not have any health benefits.
