I bought a refurbished camera online but haven't received it yet, and I was wondering if there's any chance of it having sratches or scuff marks on it already since it's been used...the place I bought it from said it was refurbished to "new condition"

That will depend on how well it has been worked on. If the body has been changed certainly it will be as good as new but if not and camera has been handled roughly you may fine some scratches on it. Refurbishing to new condition depends on what all they have included in that so for that you should check with the vendor and his terms and defination of refurbished to new.

in case you're prepared to earnings a DSLR is a functional gizmo for everyone to take pictures. even if it extremely is barely a device. the situation comes while human beings purchase into the merchandising and have self belief only the acquisition of a DSLR digital camera will cause them to take photos to deliver to national Geographic. previous getting to understand the techy stuff, i think of maximum individuals could be unhappy with a DSLR because of the sheer presence. it extremely is vast and heavy and extremely cumbersome. I many times lug an entire bag up the mountain to take extreme high quality, nicely composed photos of my lady pal; we are postmodernists who pose a venture extremely than a fact on the situation of identity in u . s . of america. I doubt maximum individuals think of like that for their trip photos. A small digital camera is only wonderful. yet a DSLR might nicely be functional. Eitherway you wont discover a DSLR for $4 hundred. maximum initiate at $600.

I've purchased two refurbs. One was a P&S and one was a D50. Both looked absolutely brand new, stickers and everything. I hope your experience is just as good.

It depends on the body, thats all.

It could be empty inside, but if you have a new cover, it'll look new.
