I'm a guy and normally ask the girl out, but there's been a few occasions where girls will approach me this last month and i like it. Makes me feel good and they ended up being really cool girls too. So I don't think it matters whether the guy asks or the girl asks. If the guy is why I think it's great for the girl to ask him

Looks don't matter hun. This is coming from a girl. To me looks don't matter. I like a guy who gets along with my family(the ones I get along with), I like a guy with a great personality. Sense of humor. One who crys. One whos sensitive yet not too sensitive. One who likes me for me. One who doesn't want to use me. One who is not afraid to be himself. One who is not afraid to say what they think. those are some things I like. By the way if you say that you are a super gentleman you might be but you might want to be a little more humble about it.

perhaps a girl also could ask for him to be sweet..romantic..honest..sincere..well that's enough for a guy.
you don't have to be perfect actually..sometimes a girl just have someone in their hearts already.
