There is also http://www.bodyweighttraining.org/forum/. There are a lot of good info there.

You can also get Matt Fureys book Combat Conditioning. It has a lot of really good stuff in it.

Although I do not have his book yet, you might check out http://www.rosstraining.com/. Heard a lot of good stuff about it.

And thanks for that bodyweightculture.com/ link.

ok

10 push ups then hold 5 seconds in top position. then 10 more and hol repeat until you burn out...

Then 25 sit-ups rest for 10 secs. then 25 more and so on til you burn out.

then do tri-cept raises you can use your coffee table. sit on the edge of the table and put your hands on the table at your sides. Put your legs straight out infront of you and slide your butt off table but still keep your hands on it. Then do push ups with your arms. do 10 pause for 5 secs and 10 more until you get burnt out.

Then repeat the sequence.

If you like add in some chin-ups if you can find a bar to use.
Also stand on the bottom step of your stairs. With just your toes on the step than lower your self until your heels are just below the step than raise back up til you are in a tip toe postition dop as man as you can great for the calfs
