Physically you are not virgin. Chances are that physically you were not a virgin before that either.
Virginity is sense of moral obligation. If you feel that you are breaking this moral commitment, then the act is in fact making you lose your "virginity". However, if you don't feel that the act breaks the commitment then you're virgin until you have sex.
Personally I feel virginity is classified as lost when you have sex.
