Talk about something she's interested in. You can play 20 questions to help find a topic to talk about. What kind of girl is she? What are her favorite sports, movies, or kinds of music? Try to keep conversation rolling...... don't have long silences in your conversations. Are you a talkative person? One of my old girlfriends said the same thing to me becauseI didn't talk very much when we were on the phone. Keep conversation casual. I've had bad experiences when I just asked "so what do you want to talk about.?" It tends to make you soudn boring.

i believe that the converstaion has 2 flow.....being able 2 talk 2 ur partner is very very important. if u feel unhapy bout dis situation, maybe u shud be wit sum1 hu u can talk 2 easier, n hu wont make u think less of urself. ur obviously a nyc guy, hu cares bout other peoples feelings...u deserve better =)...
if u stil wana be wit dis chic...maybe spice it up a bit. Tel her funny stories bout wat happened in your day....or funny tingz dat u did as a kid.make her laugh =) ask her about her day....talk about ur problems with her. do u share any common interests? a love for sport? maybe u share da same interest in music? wateva it is, talk about it =)...
