I know of a situation where this exact thing happened and they finally did get together and married. So yes, it can happen.

Yes you can. If you have met and talked to the person a reasonable amount, and know some basic things about them, that can be enough for you to fall in love.

ABSOLUTELY!!!! I am very much in love with someone who kind of rescued me from life and continues to teach me.
No dating and in many ways we are friends but more than that really.
Unexplainable... but very special!
