wHY IS THIS HAPPENING...btw he has also hired a new cute blonde at his work (he is the boss) and has been working late alot, but when he comes home he has a *****. should I be worried?

Alot of coke will do that to you. If he really has had an erection for that long the tissue would definetly be dying and infection would no be spreading into his blood stream. Maybe he's taking viagra at work and putting it to the blondie. And still has a little left over for you.

If he has an erection 24/7 for more than 24 hours, he needs to take it down to his doctor and get it examined. But if he is just sporting one when he gets home at night, you might want to plan an intimate activity before supper. After all, a horny hubby is too good to waste.

This is called priapism. He should see a doctor immediately. Any erection that lasts longer than 4 hours needs medical attention. I don't mean to scare you, but not seeking medical attention can result in gangrene, which could mean penis removal. Don't ignore this problem! Good luck to you both.

If he's coming home with a hard on, he isn't screwing the blonde, but he probably wants to. Be worried if he is working late and coming home with a limp one. Then you know he's screwing her.

I would go to his work around closing and see. hide and watch. generally it means she turns him on, whether he has acted on it yet or not remains to be seen. call him out on it, yeah he'll be cranky but you deserve the truth.
on his side if it isn't her, then yes it can be a serious problem called priapisim and relates maybe to a possible back injury.
finally how old is he if he's the boss, and are you sure he's not taking something like Viagra
