Spiced rum or regular?

Spiced Rum, Absolutely. Egg nog has some spices already which would blend well with a good spiced rum.

spiced is better to enhance the already spicy flavor of the eggnog...yummy...:)

my parents drank it with regular and they would put plenty in it, I am in my 50's and still can not drink it.

none of them. how can u like eggnog? one time i tried to drink it and i barfed. its so gross!!!!!!!!!1
