No, it's just for puffiness. It shrinks the skin.

Puffy Eyes

Puffy eyes are usually caused by too much water or retained salt that pooled under the thin skin while you asleep. Slice up a refrigerated cucumber, prop yourself up on a pillow and place a slice over each eye. Relax for 10 minutes and the swelling should go down. Tea bags can also help; just make sure they've cooled down first. Dab some preparation H cream or gel around eye area, I know it sounds awful, but it's supposed to work!

as good as a cucumber is...what is needed is a cooling agent over the eyes people also have researched tea bags left from brewing.

some even use a cooling mask placed in the freezer, will help

also you can use some white eye linner in the inner rim of the eye lid to look awake and had a full nights sleep.

It is a well known remedy for puffiness under the eyes, might not work on dark circles however.

obviously it will help to shrink the skin, but the contrast (darkness) will not change. Now could you help me with my yahoo question? ANd i think a person that uses a celebities (sp) name is wrong. And if this really is you, i applaud you for showing that you are being a normal good person that you are. And if you could help me with my question, i have a story that would rock your world. You are a princess!
