Is there anyone that can sugest a weight-loss program to lose about 10 pound by then?

Hey, it's almost New Years. What a great time to make a resolution to lose weight! I wish you the best of luck in it.

You really have to look at two areas of your life and adjust them to match your goals:

* Diet
* Exercise

You simply can't get around these two facts. You have to consume fewer calories than you burn each day to loose weight. So if you don't change your diet, then you'll have to exercise more. Frankly, it's easier to adjust both things. Eat less, or eat smarter and exercise moderately. You don't have to go overboard. A 20 minute walk around the block is exercise.

Find someone who can share the goal with you. Another overweight friend who will walk with you. That helps a lot. You can encourage each other.

Slim fast is good. Also, lots of Ice water. If You can Consume 8 Glasses, at least 8 Ounces each Day, and Swallow as much of the Ice as possible, You'll Burn a lot of Calories as Your Metabolic Rate increases to overcome the Cold.You don't have to Limit it to Water.Use Crushed Ice, and Pack Your Glass to the Top with crushed Ice.Then, add Low Calorie Green Tea, or any other Low Calorie Drink that Tastes good to You.Next, Eat only Low Calorie Foods.To make that easy, go with "Healthy Choice", and "Lean Pockets", among others.Read the Labels very carefully. Sometimes what appears to be 1 Serving is instead 2 or more.So, double the Fat, Calories, etc.Even at that, many times the Calorie and Fat Content will still be surprisingly low.And, instead of Ice Cream, eat Sherbet. Again, look closely at the Label. If You don't eat anything, Your Metabolic Rate will slow down, and You'll never lose Weight. There are many low Calorie Foods that will Fill You right up.Wash it down with Your Ice Drink.Believe Me, the Weight will come right off. Also, get a small Pocket Size Notebook, and Write down the Calories You Consume, and the Number of Ice Drinks that You Consume.For maximum Benefit, Chew and Swallow that Ice, and stay away from Fat, Greasy Food. Exercise and count your calories the old fashioned way. Every other way will just cause you to gain it right back. There are no easy solutions to weight lose, it takes hard work and smart eating.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
