yes there are devices on the market that are called electronic mind controll devices. they proclaim to alter the persons mental and physical state. some people also believe that their are mind controll towers all over the united states controlling peoples minds. if it were true j don't think they are doing a good job. just for interest, a common symptom of schizophrenia is that some people feel that radio waves are interfering with their life, and causing them a great deal of stress. usually with medications the complaining stops. if u need further info. just type in mind controll device on yahoo or google.
